Beautiful condo. Newly renovated 5th. Floor center beachfront listing located right on the Biloxi beach. Beautiful floor to ceiling unobstructed gulf views from master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. Steps to the Beach and Boardwalk. Several restaurants, bars and fun within walking distance. Close to several casinos. Our condo sleeps 4 people. King bed in master facing the water, with en suite bathroom. Guest room has a queen with door to the 2nd. bathroom. Beautifully decorated with relaxing coastal design. SPECIAL NOTE: NOVEMBER/DECEMBER SPECIAL. MESSAGE OWNER FOR RATES.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views right on the beach. Check in could not have been easier and great communication with our host. Only drawback was the master bedroom only had an overhead ceiling fan light. No table or floor lamps. But even with that, I would stay again when we return.

Property was exactly as advertised. The location right on the beach is awesome with amazing views. The 2 pools were great if you don’t like the gulf. If you enjoy the beach during our stay it was never crowded. Multiple restaurants within 10 minutes and many were walkable. Owner provided information about local areas and things to do. I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone who asked.

Great time to be on the coast, just before the Memorial Day weekend. Not many people so it was quiet. Loved the boardwalk, walked each morning. View was great!

Vacation Paradise

This was our first beach vacation experience and it did not disappoint. The condo is perfectly located and the beach views are spectacular!! We loved watching the dolphins each morning as well as the fishing boats coming in and out. This was one of my favorite trips that we have taken! I highly recommend this condo. We are planning to visit again.

Extended Weekend Getaway

We went to getaway for a few days. Although the weather didn’t fully cooperate we still had a great time. We have stayed at Sea Breeze numerous times over the years due to being right on the beach, but this unit was by far our favorite. Will definitely be returning.

Stunning

This condo is absolutely stunning with the floor to ceiling windows and beautiful beach view! It was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The parking was easy,we rarely waited for an elevator and there was ample seating and loungers by the pool. The Beach was clean and right on a 2+ mile boardwalk that led you to beach front restaurants and bars. Lots of little critters and things to see once the tide went out too! Biloxi felt very safe and there was so much to do in town and the surrounding areas. There were many restaurants, shops and casinos in the area. Noelia was so wonderful to work with- she kept in close communication prior to our arrival so we knew exactly what to do when we checked in and how to access the condo. She made sure we knew she was available for questions or any problems. She was sweet enough to offer us the condo a few extra nights too when there was significant air travel delays. We seriously loved our stay and will definitely be back. Book! You will not regret it

Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Hospitality

We had an unforgettable vacation at Noel’s place! The beach view from the balcony and master bedroom was simply stunning. The Sea Breeze condo was impeccably clean and made us feel right at home. We loved the privacy of the beach area. Noel was an incredible host, going above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay extra special. We can't wait to return!

Very annoyed.

The property and owner were great. Unfortunately, the HOA approved 5 bus loads of junior kids to stay during our stay. They took over both pools and the adults used a bullhorn to corral the kids. Renting to that many adolescents was irresponsible. We should have been notified ahead of time.

Perfect location/Awesome view/Nice beachfront

We stayed here a week for our anniversary trip. The owner, Noel, was amazing. This condo was so nice and even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the view amazing, the beach was right in front of the condo, and a private parking space was provided. It was very secure and we felt safe. As a good cook, I was concerned the pans might not be up to my standards, but Noel had everything you could possibly need and very good nonstick pans! The thoughtful touches throughout were so nice. The location is great! It's closer to Biloxi, but Gulfport is just down the street with easy access to everything. The best restaurant we went to was Half-Shell Oyster House in Gulfport. The prices weren't much more than the beachfront places, and the food was amazing. Noel was quick to offer suggestions for a fishing charter, activities, and places to eat. We had a little issue with the coffeemaker the first morning (it was just clogged from a previous user), and Noel was willing to do what it took to make sure we had a working coffeemaker. She was awesome. This was the best place we've stayed at, and we can't wait to go back again!

Little slice of heaven and big slice of Southern Hospitality

Beach visit with special cousin and adorable great grandson. We three loved the spaciousness of the condominium where we were able to rest and relax in luxury. Quiet peaceful place to stay with every comfort provided. We never had to travel far for food or other things we needed. We were so very sorry to leave when our stay was up. Amazing views. Amazing beach.

We could not have been more impressed. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows have exceptional views. The beach and boardwalk are very clean and quiet. There are several restaurants and one casino within walking distance. Our favorites were Shaggy' s and The Reef. The hour-and-a-half drive to New Orleans made a day trip very doable. Would love to return sometime!

Our stay was very relaxing. The owner was just a call away if we needed anything. Very professional and welcoming. The condo was very clean, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. The beach was clean and quite for this time of year. We loved the board walk right behind the condo for our morning and afternoon walks.
