We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. One-Of-A Kind Custom decorated Beach Condo! Words cannot adequately describe the charm of this precious condo! Everywhere you look are hints of the beach, sand, and water. From the boat paddle lamp to the custom paint on the furniture, everything has been carefully chosen and prepared for your arrival. The leather sofa and love seat are perfect for relaxing and watching the big game or the marathon of your favorite shows on Netflix. Or, just sink into comfort and read that best seller you have been carrying around. The kitchen has clean stainless appliances and granite counters where you can cook your favorite comfort foods. Or, visit the harbor shrimp and fishing boats and cook up a feast of fresh seafood. You guests can visit at the kitchen bar while you prepare your latest dishes! The bedrooms are on either side of the living room. The master bedroom is a very pretty wicker set and has a huge TV you can enjoy. The master bath is large and has two nice features: a separate walk-in shower with a built-in seat and a large soaking tub where you can sink up to your neck in bubbles with your favorite music playing on your cell phone. The guest bedroom has a one-of-a kind treatment that is very welcoming. It also has an adjacent bath. Each bedroom has its own private balcony where you can eat, read, nap, or whatever suits your fancy on vacation! Should you need to wash the clothes prior to returning home, there is a laundry closet next to the 2nd bath with a washer and dryer. No need for extra work when you go home! WiFi and cable TV are provided so you won't lose touch with the outside world, unless you WANT to!!! The courtyard is the prettiest on the Coast! There are BBQ grills, a pretty gazebo, and plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, eat, or visit with friends. Centrally located, there are restaurants within walking distance and tons within 2-5 miles. If you want to warm you toes in the white sand, or walk in the calming water's edge, you are only about 400 ft from the 26-mile white sand beach. Located across from the white sand beach and Gulf waters, you can cross at a controlled crosswalk. Beach vendors offer jet skis, chairs, and umbrellas. Bikes, Paddle Boards, and Pontoons are rented by "Wut Sup" in Gulfport Mississippi. Call them and they will deliver all but the pontoons to you. Centrally located you can be anywhere in just a few minutes and walk to eateries and museums. The Coliseum is a pleasant walk away. Fortunately, the condo already had the A/C running, which made the arrival much more pleasant. The location of the condo provided a great point of access to the beach and attractions, especially the casinos. Décor of the condo is bright and appropriate for the location. All amenities worked as advertised, with the small things making my life stress free. I travel quite a bit, so it was nice to see that the house had plenty of consumables and life essentials in addition to the normal appliances one would see in a rental. The building was quiet and the access in and out of the building and property are easy. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. The attention to detail was impressive, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The condo is well-equipped with all the necessities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Whether it was cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoying a cozy night in, we felt right at home. Location is everything, and this condo did not disappoint! It’s conveniently situated near local attractions like casinos and arcades, perfect for family fun. Moreover, being close to Keesler AFB was a significant advantage as our son was attending USSF Technical Training. It made visiting him easy and hassle-free. Just be aware that if staying during Cruising the Coast that getting in and out of the parking lot will be a challenge. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We were down for scraping the coast, while it was a busy weekend getaway it was a prime spot. The coliseum was right down the street and beach right across the street which was super convenient for my kids and I.
