The house is seclude but yet in the center of everything. It is the last house on a dead end street with beautiful views of the water. There is a free boat launch down the street from the house. Security System and Security Cameras outside. Upstairs and Downstairs Masters Large 20 x 40 pool Movie room with Leather reclining chairs On a bayou that feeds to the back bay and ocean The closest Casino is the Black Pearl but all of the Casinos in Biloxi are a short drive over the bridge. I always bring my knives and 2 pans to cook in just in case. Disappointed that the pool had tons of tears in the liner and was approximately 1 foot lower than what it should have been and the filter couldn’t filter anything. It was very dirty when we arrived. The owner shared that it was from a storm. The back patio on the second floor was all tarped up from a storm which made the patio unusable. I had to share with the owner that the weeds around the pool were bad. The lawn mowing people did come however because we were in the pool they didn’t take care of the weeds. I asked the pool guy when he came how long the liner had been torn and he said for awhile. I just think that if you are having people rent your home and the pool liner needed replaced, the owner should have communicated this to us or taken the time to replace it. It had obviously been torn for a very long time. This is a big factor when we rent a home for the week because we come for the pool and the ocean. We spoke to the owner about the issues above. He did send the mowers on Monday, the pool guy on Tuesday however these things should have been taken care of before I arrived without a call to the owner. I was paying for the presentation / pictures that were shown on the internet and shouldn’t have even had to text or call to address these issues after a 14 hour. Check in was at 4pm I had to contact owner for confirm and information for us to enter the house that was at about 4:40pm. House has gnats threw out the house. We had to purchase raid to try and kill them. Pool need alot of maintenence work. House need to be updated threw out. Two of the bedrooms didn't have a TV in them. We were visiting our son who is in training at Keesler AFB. The house suited all of our needs. We were mainly looking to just relax and enjoy a few good meals and laughs with our family. The pool was enjoyed by all. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. There were a few aesthetics that could have had some care. There were empty plant pots on the front and back decks. There were some weeds growing in and around the pool deck. We weren't concerned about it but just an observation that could improve. I do realize the home is for sale so that may be why. The property was everything we were looking for, a beautiful clean house, huge pool, the movie room was great. The living room was nice also with a comfy couch that was wide enough for my husband and I to lay side by side together as we watched a movie. The only issue we had with our stay was the TVs in both bedrooms. One Tv was broken and wouldn't even come on. The other Tv would come on, but we couldn't watch anything on it because it wouldn't connect to wifi. This wasn't a huge issue because the only time the kids would be watching it would be an hour or so before bed but the TVs in the two rooms were one of the reasons we chose this place instead of another we were deciding on because this is how our kids like to wind down before going to sleep. The host was amazing, very accommodating, and easy to reach. He had no idea about the issues with the TVs and took action as soon as I told him. The next day two brand new TVs showed up at the place, a large one for the downstairs master and a smaller one for the upstairs bedroom where my son was sleeps. The only thing I would recommend would be directions for the movie room devices. It took me about 15 min. to figure it out and get it going but once we did we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of seating for the everyone and also had several of the top family board games on the table. We had such a great time and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. ##### Shannon K. The pool was big and we enjoyed it every day we were there. The best part of the house was the theater room. We spent a lot of time in there but I wish the popcorn machine was available to use. The communication with Brett was great! He was available when we needed him and he answered all of my questions before we booked and while we were there. We’ve been looking for a house to rent in various states, but decided to stay close. I chose this house because of the way it looked online, because the location being only nine minutes away from the casinos and especially the fact that it’s on the water. The house was exactly as described online. We will definitely be staying here every once in a while. Four spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The main floor and primary bathroom are not configured for anyone with any limitations. So if you’re in a cast or brace, expect to walk up and down stairs to use a walk in shower. The theater room was a disappointment for us. There was video but no sound. No instructions either. If you’re wanting to cook vs go out - know the frying pans are warped. The food will not cook evenly. The washer and dryer work well. We locked our selves out of the house. The owner was quick to help us. He also helped with the security alarm as well. Very prompt. ##### Tammy E.
