In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. What a wonderful condo! First time on the rental market, it has already been in demand! Comfortable leather furniture, and freshly updated paint and linens make this a delight to your senses. Super large TVs with cable, internet will allow you to stay connected or study if attending school. Military members in training love this condo for its quietness. The two private balconies allow you to watch the gorgeous sunsets that paint the sky with fabulous colors. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a huge bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters. You can snack, cook your favorite meals, entertain friend. Let them enjoy a beverage sitting at the bar while you finish the final details to the dinner. Approximately 300 feet from the beach, you can work on your tan or just enjoy the endless horizon.
