This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. We were made to feel welcome from the second we arrived. Strongly recommend getting the hotel breakfast, the food is excellent and a good way to start your day.
