"This is a great hotel, with very pleasant staff. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It's not the hotel's fault that there's a massive building project going on beside it! We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳"

Great stay!

"We had an excellent stay at HGB.The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth the price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is not ideal, but not bad, either, and for the price it's worth walking a bit more to get to to where all the Bilbao action is."

"Having traveled to many countries and staying in several luxury hotels and resorts this is by far one of my top five stays. They exemplify white glove service, the room was immaculate and well designed, the bed and the bedding were most comfortable. The conveniences that you get staying in this area is worth the price.
