The A/C unit in the master bedroom continually tripped the breaker, thus it did not work. We booked this property in July specifically because it had air conditioning. Management was slow to respond to the problem, finally fixing the issue after 6 nights with no air conditioning in master bedroom. Front door keypad never worked and management said it was impossible to fix during our stay. GFI for microwave tripped multiple times. ##### Robert M. Ice cream and dirty ice were left in freezer and it did not look like refrigerator had been wiped down. Dusting was done on top of surfaces but not on shelves underneath (ex. coffee table). Lots of dust not just one time not cleaning. Floors were clean were you could see them, but very dusting and dirty underneath couches and chairs. I didn't complain at the time because we were only using this unit as a hotel unit. My sister has house in Lakeside which is where we hung out and ate all of our meals. We literally only slept at the unit. Another complaint is that there were no extra blankets. I do realize it is summer and probably not necessary for most people, but I am recovering from chemo and could have used an extra blanket. If the place were cleaned properly, I would have given you good reviews. Don't worry I am not a YELP user, so I won't be posting anything bad on line. ##### Sondra S. We were disappointed that all the businesses and restaurants were closed or offered limited hours, so getting dinner after a long day at Glacier was a challenge. Easy check in. No hangers upon arrival but after communicating through the tablet some were delivered. No real view. If you need a place to stay in BigFork this should do. ##### Julie T.
