This waterfront home sits on the neck of Bigfork Harbor, the bay of Flathead Lake! Downtown Lake House is a brand-new build in Bigfork offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and views of the water and a shared dock! Enjoy the perfect location as its downtown Bigfork and within walking distance to some of the best local shops and restaurants! As you enter the home to the large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, a large kitchen island with seating for up to 4\. The dining room offers seating for up to 6 and outdoor patio table for seating for up to 4-6 in the summertime! The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, a large smart TV and plenty of chairs for everyone! The main level has a queen bedroom with a ceiling fan and a full ensuite offering a walk-in shower.
