« The cabin was not prepared and cleaned upon arriving. The air conditioner in the living room did not blow cold air, with the unit set on high, barely any air come out the vents. The back door was held close with a shoe string. This Home reminds me of what you would see in a trailer park. The host did refund me my cleaning fee. Vrbo also took care of me also. The pictures that are listed on the listing do not do justice to what it actually is there. I was highly disappointed on this trip. Lesson...

« Our power was out due to a storm and we had to get a room last min! Check in was easy and staff was nice! The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed! Breakfast was hot and delicious! Biscuits and gravy hit the spot!!!! Only sad thing was the beautiful pool was closed due to drought conditions 😭 all around a great stay. »

« We stayed here during 100 degree August heat. Our room was clean and cool. However, the hallways weren’t air conditioned. When we asked the cleaning staff about the a/c, she said the hotel had known it was broken since the beginning of summer and still hadn’t fixed it. We were frustrated, but stayed because our room was cool. We feel the hotel should have been fully air conditioned. »

« If you are coming from Little Rock, they will charge you a $250 deposit. I had stayed here before and was not charged this so I was shocked. This was not stated at all on Expedia. Expedia also has the check out time wrong. I contacted Expedia about this deposit since it was not stated at all when booking. They threw up their hands and I went through several reps that didn't even understand what I was talking about. This visit single-handedly made me never want to stay at this hotel again and...
