Gorgeous from top to bottom, but still providing the comfort of home, this place will have you coming back year after year. A perfect getaway for families vacationing together with children of all ages. Included are amenities for babies, toddlers all the way to teenagers! Four bedrooms plus a loft make this perfect for couples vacationing without kids, the annual guys or ladies trip! Not to mention the hot tub on the main level deck! One of the few locations where you won't need a car to enjoy all there is to offer in Mountain Village in Big Sky. Walking distance to "Base Camp" - where you'll find shopping, dining, hiking and biking trails and activities for children. Rock climbing, zip lining, bungee jumping and panning for gold. Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking or playing in the sand at Lake Levinksky, all within walking distance. During the winter months, you can enjoy the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing and yes, zip lining in the winter! Childcare is also available. Drive down to Town Center and there is more shopping, dining, golf, fly fishing, hiking and movie theater for a late night or rare rainy day. Horseback riding, white water rafting, ATV tours, Snowmobile tours, Chuck wagon dinners and hot air balloon rides are all in the surrounding area of Big Sky! Yellowstone Park is a short drive south on US - 191(approximately 45 min Winter Ski Information: Ski Rating 4: Suitable for all levels of skiers. However beginners will want to follow beginner directions below. Ski Out: Step out the garage, go right to connect to the Bear Back Poma. At the top of the Poma you will ski a groomed access run to Ramcharger and Swift Current in the base area. Ski In: Intermediate and Expert can ski Silver Knife to Bear Back Poma lift. Follow the Poma down, but don\`t go all the way to the bottom. You will see ski tracks to the left where people have cut to the left and back towards the units. This will make it easier to get closer to the garage of the unit. Beginners should ski to the Summit Hotel and then walk back to our home. Please Note: During periods of melting you may need to walk from the unit approximately 75 yards to the Poma Lift. The location was great. A short walk to the lift and a short walk to mountain village. The home was clean and spacious. Every part of the home was just as advertised. It's about as close to being ski in/out without actually walking out the backdoor onto a groomed run. The kitchen was great, hot tub, fire place and the overall condition of the accommodations. Walking distance to base of mountain for ski adventures. House is stylish and well designed, the large open floor plan on the main floor allowed for big meals and lots of time spent catching up.
