Loved the wood burning fire. Great ski storage after a long day on the slopes. We skied straight to the door, took off our skis and boots, and left everything in the garage. There was laundry left in the dryer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the microwave didn’t work, the play station didn’t work, and the whole place was just generally run down. It felt more like a stay in an outdated hotel than a stay in a mountain cabin. For what you pay to stay on the mountain, we expected WAY more. ##### Ashley D. Check in process was easy as expected. House was clean. Pictures are accurate. Location is good. Only about a 5-7 minute walk up the hill to the hotel and dining options.Now for the negatives:1) Property is managed by Vacasa. I literally got 6-7 text messages from them (some of which were spam-esque). A number of them said, "if any issues message us back at this number." I sent numerous messages but no one replied. 2) The microwave did not work. It turned on but did not heat and since no one responded from the rental management company we went without a microwave. Which ended up being okay since we pretty much only slept in the rental. 3) There was no hand soap provided. I feel like hand soap is an essential that should be provided to guests. It is also cheap...4) Only a single garbage bag was provided in the garbage can with no extras to be located anywhere. Though there are clear signs near the entry about how, "guests need to take out the garbage on certain days."5) We travelled in July and house was HOT during the day. One ceiling fan in the main room was fine but other than that we could only find a single working box fan in the house. 6) Bed sheets felt like sandpaper. Worst sheets we've slept in period. The adults loved the skiing, and we made a fire a couple of nights in the fire place, which was the perfect end to the day. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a small crockpot! Our friends said that the queen beds in the bunks were a little uncomfortable due to the slatting underneath but their kids loved the bunks and slept well. Great for each bedroom to have their own bathroom! ##### Christine M. The window upstairs would not open (as reviewed by a previous VRBO guest) and we could not get airflow. It was in the 90s each day while we were there and we could not cool down the upstairs where 6 of our family was sleeping. The Wifi would not work our entire stay either. Tiny parking spot that is right outside the door. Mystery car parked in our spot each day of our stay. The 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils and some basic pantry supplies. The bathrooms were also clean and had travel sizes of basic supplies; probably not enough for everyone for a week, but we brought our own anyway. There were games, books and cards in the living room to use in the evenings. The best part about this condo was the location. It is a short walk to the Poma lift which takes you to the base area in very little time. ##### Mary V.
