Breathtaking 4 bedroom + bonus bunk room slope side Saddle Ridge in Moonlight Basin/Big Sky! This ski-in/ski-out property is the perfect spot for an escape with friends or a retreat with family. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, and an additional bonus bunk room, there are plenty of beds for everyone to enjoy plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own TV and cozy comforters to make you feel right at home.

The layout of this Saddle Ridge is sure to meet the needs of families and ski groups alike. Master Suite #1 is located on the upper level with a king bed, private bath, twin sleeping loft, and TV. Master Suite #2 is located on the lower level with a queen bed, private bath, and TV. Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level and has 2 twin beds and TV and bedroom 4, also on the lower level, has a queen bed and TV. The bonus bunk room is on the lowest level, along with the washer/dryer and has a set of twin log bunk beds and TV and is a completely private room.

The main level is the perfect location for everyone to gather to prepare for a great day on the slopes, watch the skiers ski by if you are not skiing for the day, cook a great meal in the fully loaded, large kitchen, warm up by the fire in the evening with a great glass of wine or hot cocoa, watch your favorite movie or play a great game of cards.

This luxury property is absolutely fantastic and unique with so many amazing amenities that you will not want to leave.

* Big Sky Resort officially opens for ski season the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day. This property is ski-in/ski-out via the Iron Horse and Pony Express lifts. Early and late season ski access is condition dependent and may vary. All lift operations are completely at Big Sky Resort's discretion.

Beautiful Townhome in Saddle Ridge area, Big Sky

Our group of 7 men had a great ski week, thanks in large part to our excellent Saddle Ridge accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared all dinners in house. The place was immaculate and quiet, and provided short and easy access to the Iron Horse lift. Thanks for providing such a great experience for our group!

This place is a keeper!

To put it succinctly, I would definitely rent this condo again. Our group consisted of five men with considerable western ski resort and condo rental experience and all agree with this assessment. We know value when we see it. The ski in / ski out location was very convenient for access to the Big Sky lift system.The kitchen was of good size and well supplied with cooking equipment. The living room and dining areas were comfortable and fine for our needs. Each of us had our own bedroom. A sixth could have joined us in the twin bedroom though it would have been a tight fit given the total room size. The bunk room, though small, was surprisingly comfortable for one adult. All reported that the beds were comfortable. Leading up to our arrival, I had a few questions now and then for our host, to which she responded quickly and clearly. The only significant problem was the heating system. It was difficult to heat the living/dining/kitchen area adequately without overheating the two queen and twin bedrooms. Also, we could not get the TV to connect to the internet for access to Netflix, etc. We could have contacted our host about it but it just wasn’t that important to us. We did access the Dish Network channels.The HDMI cable on the living room TV needs replacement as do batteries in the remote controllers. There is an attractive gas fireplace in the living room but the fan was so noisy we did not use it the whole week. The unit was very clean.

Perfect for a big group

Saddle Ridge H1 was perfect for our guys ski week. While the five of us each enjoyed having our own room there were still four beds that went unused. The website pictures and description are spot on accurate. The kitchen is hands down the best equipped one of any rental property I’ve ever stayed in. If you plan ahead, buy your groceries in Bozeman and you’ll save a ton money. Skiing out is straightforward and simple. Skiing in involves skiing (or walking) 200 yards through a paved parking lot. The property manager was attentive, helpful and very responsive to any communication. If you’re looking for a place to stay at Big Sky for a large group of friends or two families, I highly recommend Saddle Ridge H1.

Clean with Nice Views

With two families (7 total), we had plenty of space, and it was comfortable. My youngest loved the bunk beds all to himself! The kitchen was well stocked, but the only thing I was missing was a sheet pan. It was also nice to have small things like dishwasher pods, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. that don't need to be purchased. The hot tub was enjoyed by most. It would have been nice for the it not to be off of a bedroom, but we dealt with it since it is a townhome and not a single family house. The location was close to enough to both Yellowstone and Bozeman since we visited both during our stay. The owners communicated well before our stay so we didn't need to reach out to them.

Comfort, Convenience and Calm

Two families with a total of 7 people had plenty of space with room for a couple more folks if we desired. Great location with a short walk to Iron Horse Lift for skiing, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views, hot tub nice and hot, queen and king beds could use some updating, but worked out fine. Very quiet and calm unless the avalanche crew is bombing in the morning, but even that was fun. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. A great stay.

Excellent communication throughout process and during stay. We had an issue with the hot water heater which was promptly taken care of otherwise all was perfect. We had 6 adults, two 6 year old boys and two 8 year olds. Set up was ideal for us. Home well stocked. Ski out somewhat tricky-steep with sharp angles on trail not groomed. Ski in easy.

We enjoyed stay at the property.

We were 2 families of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the hot tub several times and had enough space for the 8 of us. We did get a little tired of driving up and down the mountain from Big Sky. Communication from property manager was good, we never needed to contact them directly before or during our stay.

Wonderful property

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. There was plenty of room to spread out including the 2 decks. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and appreciated having plenty of basic supplies that lasted throughout the week. The location was perfect as it was close to great hiking trails, Yellowstone NP, whitewater rafting, horseback riding etc. Acra, the property owner, was was available and went above and beyond when he mailed a hat my grandson had left behind. Best family vacation ever!

Lovely Unit in Big Sky

The property is lovely. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub is really nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The views are great. Be aware you do not get any privileges to any of the amenities of Moonlight Basin. But the unit provided a terrific home base for exploring the Big Sky area and Yellowstone.

Perfect family ski trip to Montana!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Saddle Ridge! The unit had enough space for our entire family and was equipped with everything we needed to make large meals and grill. The ski-in/ski-out location was ideal - the kids thought it was so cool that we could ski right out of the driveway! Thank you for a perfect stay in Big Sky, Montana! Great house, amazing view

This house is has a convenient ski out to the lift you can see from the great room. The trip back is a short walk down the street from moonlight lodge. Nice fireplace with comfortable furniture. We really had a great time playing Cards Against Humanity in the cozy living room with its vaulted ceiling. The house is very vertical and requires frequent stair climbing (unavoidable with the split level design). Not a good rental for people with knee issues. We were only dealing with burning thighs, so no problem for us. The master bathroom is freezing. The floor-board heater on full power 24/7 can't overcome the cold floors. It kinda messes up the blissful post-snowboarding shower. Could use ambient heating in that room. Then this rental would get 5 stars.

Property itself was great with stunning views, saw moose, elk, bear and deer all on the mountain.

Renting was great, overall we loved the property. One comment is regarding the hot water. The water pressure is so high that it empties the hot water heater with less than 5 minutes with one shower on, with 8 of us 7 of us had to take cold showers or not shower at all. Definitely need to reduce water pressure or install water limiting shower heads. Stove was also a bit of a challenge to figure out but we were able to adjust. Loved that there were lots of pots and pans, would recommend a knife sharpener as the knives are all very dull, and also non stick frying pans. Thank you again for renting to us, we very much enjoyed our vacation.
