There is also ample parking around to store your vehicle and an attached garage. The main draw-back was around cleanliness. The garage should have been at least leaf-blown. It was quite dirty even for a garage. Additionally, while in the bathroom there was a mouse that crawled under the door. When it saw me it ran away so I couldn't take a picture of it. They should definitely get a pest control service to the house. The value was still good.
