Property doesn’t have A/C (which is ok). However, in order to cool place off, one must open all blinds (heavy and mostly broken) and windows (some are broken as well)… place is full of broken items… so makes sense they have you sign an agreement (after) you pay that states the renter is responsible for any damages. It made it very challenging to enjoy. I personally would not rent this place again… and felt called to write a review to save another person the same situation. ##### Maarie H.
