The open-concept main floor features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, large Smart TV, vaulted ceilings, A/C, and big windows that fill the space with natural light. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked and includes all major appliances, cooking essentials, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The dining table seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. Step out back to enjoy the private patio with a BBQ grill and a hot tub—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Sleeping arrangements include a main-level king bedroom with an bathroom, and two lower-level bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with a queen bed and twin, the other bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and queen bed.
