Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, and we found that everything we needed was available on site. We skied 5 days in a row and found the location a fairly easy drive up to Madison Base. We also drove into town each night for dinner. We did a few of the puzzles over the course of the week and found all the furniture to be comfortable, which is not always the case! I’d say the only aspect that we struggled with was how cold the main floor was, especially the main floor bedroom. I suppose with the soaring ceilings the heat just rises, but both kids really had to bundle up to keep warm over night. Garage door was finicky but we figured out how to make it work. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both having en suite bathrooms. The fireplace was functional and the firewood was well stocked. This location meet that objective. However, the cabin in in a development with significant rules. It was like being in the suburb of a city. Close to town We booked this for a trip to Yellowstone, and Yellowstone is about a 30 or so minute drive. For proximity to Big Sky and the hiking trails around Big Sky, this is a great location. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The house was super clean. Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The location for our summer vacation was perfect. Only 45 mins-1 hr to Yellowstone. There’s a trail nearby for walking, jogging, biking. Only a mile from the Ousel Falls trailhead and a mile to town center. The layout of the house enabled our whole family to be comfortable. The fireplace, the views of the surrounding hillside, and even the artwork around the house make for a very aesthetic experience. The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable and spacious enabled our family members to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. And since we were primarily here for skiing. the property was reasonably close to the Big Sky Resort (15-20 min. door to main lodge). Our only minor disappointments were that heating system was often quite noisy, the garage could only accommodate a small car, and the shuttles to mountain were not that accessible to our location and typically required two separate buses. ##### Rick L.
