I booked two rooms. The second room tv issues never got fixed. My husband's bed on the 2nd day after housekeeping, cleaned room a coffee stain was on new sheet. Next time they cleaned room they never changed sheet. Still had coffee stain on it. Disgusting. We dont drink coffee. Never changed. Sad because it had good location and nice place.

Everything was great except the furniture in the living room area was unbelievably uncomfortable. The couch and chairs were like bricks.

First two rooms wreaked of smoke. They moved us and upgraded us but feel like the rooms above pool area smell bad. The front desk was nice and restaurant and store were nice and free coffee.
