« This house worked perfectly for us when I stayed with my sister and her husband and our parents visiting family in Pittsburgh. It was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. There were some nice kids and game areas we didn't even use but would be perfect for little children and teenagers. It is also conveniently located near every store you could want in Cranberry (about 15 minute drive). There were so many small details from the firepit (they even left wood for us!) to the convenient...

« hoaue was exceptional, easy tog get to, good instructions by host, for an older home it was a beautiful blend of old and new, the refurbished parts were nice, the older parts were lovely too. The only complaint is only one bathroom, which for our group was super difficult with showers and getting off the highway and everyone needing to go. Overall though, great stay, and simply the best stocked home I've ever stayed at. A lot of goodies on offer which made the morning much easier »

"Je n'ai pas pu avoir la chambre avec 2 lits que j'avais réservé d'avance dû à un surbookage. On m'a donné une chambre avec un lit et un divan lit qui soit dit en passant était sale. Nous avons dû changer les draps nous même car il n'y avait pas assez d'emplyé sur place. Le déjeuner était inclus avec la nuitéé, pas de jus , pas d'oeufs, pas de repas chaud que des toasts et des céréales. Il ne voulait pas nous offrir in dédommagement car nous avions réservé avec EXPEDIA. Un séjour TERRIBLE"

"Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre et une odeur de moisi et de poussière s’est répandues dans nos narines. La Clim était poussiéreuse et en l allumant nous avons eu plein de poussière dessus, l air était à la limite du respirable. L eau de la douche était froide et les serviettes sentaient le renfermé. En nous couchant nous avons eu comme une crise d urticaire, les draps et coussins étaient tachés,nous avons donc décidé de quitter la chambre à 1h du matin en pleine nuit. Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel, pourtant le personnel a l accueil était fort sympathique . "

"Pas de déjeuner même si c’était pourtant compris, ascenseur ne fonctionne pas . Notre première chambre ne se barre pas et ensuite après le changement de chambre pas de frigo ni réfrigérateur Couvre lit taché et odeurs dans la chambre pour les deux chambres "
