Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

PRIVATE HOT TUB CABIN CLOSE TO THE SLOPES!

Beautiful A-frame cabin with high ceilings, hardwood floors, wood siding, large windows, and sliding glass doors that illuminate the interior. Walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the golf course. Nearby Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and more. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! This gorgeous home with breathtaking forest views awaits your next mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, a ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs second bedroom/loft has two double beds and a TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks the beautiful trees lining the property.
