This cabin has a newly added Hot Tub (not shown in pictues yet). Walk to the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, enjoy the views and fresh mountain air on 1 of the 3 cabin decks, or take an evening stroll down to the newly updated Moonridge Corridor. A peaceful cabin that is easy to relax in, get cozy next to the wood burning fireplace or have fun and be entertained in the downstairs game room. A comfortable cabin for the whole family with lots of natural lighting and indoor space. Big Bear Valley offers something for everyone throughout all of the seasons. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid. 𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟 Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. Oct 23, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This was a quiet and private area - greatly appreciate it; the Bearytale theme is cute and carried throughout the home. The cabin was superficially clean. We are coffee drinkers and appreciated the keurig and coffee pot - however the keurig had water left in there from I don't know when - and there were particles/material, which we then didn't use. The coffee pot also was very cloudy and not cleaned well. The lighting in the house - the one living room standing light did not stay on, the light switch was broken; the outside porch lites needed bulbs to be changed- not working; 2 of the kitchen chandelier light bulbs were out -so making the rooms even dark. the desk lamp upstairs had no lightbulb.While these were little inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay anyway. ##### Sussie P.
