The cabin was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and just what we were looking for. A mishap occurred and the property management was incredibly helpful offering another site for us to stay at but we declined and did not stay after all. Great location to Big Bear Mountain which was walking distance. The roads to the place are quite steep so ice and gettinf into their parking spaces were a little trouble some. Overall the place was great without any problems. But definitely not fun to have to deal with a neighbor that was rude. It appears the neighbor hates outside visitors that come to Big Bear so we had to deal with the last across the street being rude to us and our kids. ##### Virginia D.
