Experience stay on the edges of the forest

Nice quiet location with cabins designed for the experience. Unfortunately the cabins and facilities need maintenance and repairs.

staff was great, no complaints there but the cabin we stayed in left a lot to be desired. bedrooms stayed at a whopping 45 degrees even with the heater, towels had stains on them, very outdated and in need of renovations.

Great stay. This place is more of a rustic place that is affordable. If you want fancy and modern this place may not be for you. Management is very nice and even came after the office was close to unlock a bathroom door in our room. They also have a friendly cat that my children were allowed to come in the office and pet many times. Come here if you enjoy a friendly staff and an affordable place.

Cabin was spacious. Property manager lived on-site and he was friendly. Property was a little run down. We found moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Beds had blocks holding up the center. No extra blankets. They asked that dirty dishes were washed before checking out but provided no dish rack.

We stayed here once, won’t stay here again. It’s very outdated and not the cleanest. The carpet is old and stained. It could be a very cute place if they put some money into updating/upgrading the furniture and maintaining the rooms.

Dirty, noisy, mold in the bathroom, dirty beds, carpet and sofa. Outdated, poor signal, and unsafe playground. I played traderball with my daughter and almost fell in the pile of old leaves. We couldn't sleep because you could hear the upstairs guests footsteps, breaths and snoring ALL night. We went tj rest but came home tired from a weekend getaway.
Mold in the shower and ceiling coming off.
Broken and outdated doors.
Outdated and dirty everything.
Ceiling of shower coming off and dripping water. It had towels up there to dry up the water. Mold everywhere.

Cozy separated cabins and convenient location. Easy to book last minute. Staff was friendly and communicative. However, the cabin we stayed in was not clean. We have young children that we didn't want sitting or playing on the floor because it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. There were spiderwebs in the windowsills and corners in every room, so we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Such a RUDE, DIRTY place

it was really bad overall. They charged me an extra $40 dollars for charging an electronic vehicle without my authorization or letting me know I will be charged, and the cost of charing an electronic vehicle doesn't state anywhere in lodge’s rule. This place is rude, dirty, unfriendly. It was raining & snowing and there is no way i can use Tesla mobile charger, not to mention that, they only have 110v on site. I stopped and went the Tesla Supercharging station on the same day!

Cute Place

Nice place. Room was a little tight for 3 with a dog. We had the 1 br. No items to clean dishes, so bring your own. Water gets REALLY hot.
