Your kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig and regular coffee machine and every appliance and utensil you'll need to cook a wonderful meal. The Primary Bedroom features a California King bed, full bath with relaxing jetted tub & shower, 40" High Definition Cable TV, spacious closets, and sweeping views of the ski run and mountains. In the morning you can sip coffee, sit in front of the fireplace and watch the black diamond skiers and snowboarders tear down the mountain immediately in your backyard. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. Garage acts as a great mud room/storage place for your snow gear and the owners were responsive and friendly. Great trip for some spring skiing. ##### Jared C. John and Stephanie, I posted a review while I was coming down the mountain, but it looks like it didn't go and I don't see it anywhere. We had a great time in your wonderful mountain home. Everything was super. We had everything we needed and all was in good shape. It was a terrific family vacation and thank you for renting to us. We hope to come back next year, usually President's weekend, but this year the kids had other commitments, so the week after was good for us all. Apr 9, 2016 #### Great location and great house! The absolute best thing about this place is the convenience to the slopes. Literally, it's about 20 steps from the front door to the slopes. And when I say the "slopes", I mean the slopes. 20 steps and you are on the run! Click 'em on and ski down to the chair. I have rented houses that say "steps to the slopes", but what that actually means is "steps to the parking lot" which means a long walk through parked cars, hidden ice patches, etc. The second best thing about this place is ping pong in the garage. We all had a lot of fun hitting the ball around. Other pros: The front door works on a push button combination so we never had to worry about who had the key in case one of our party wanted to head back to the house. folding lounge chairs we found in the garage. It was great to rest up on the backyard deck in comfortable lounge chairs with a drink after a day on the slopes. The Jacuzzi - there is Jacuzzi shared by the complex. I prefer a private tub but for some reason, the shared Jacuzzi was almost always empty and seemed private. The place was clean, well kept, and had great internet and TV Electronics. Cons: There is only one small frying pan which made cooking breakfast for 6 a bit tricky. Water pressure in the showers. For some reason, the water came out of the faucets like Niagara falls but the shower heads provided very low pressure. Couldn't quite figure that out. Overall, the cons were small and outweighed greatly by the pros. Will definitely look into staying here next year. ##### chris e.
