The Space: This is the layout of the house. 1st floor: \-Master bedroom is located in the first level with private full shower and walking closet. \-Living room area with wood burning fireplace and smart TV. \- Dinning table for 6 people and breakfast seating area with 4 chairs in the kitchen. The home is run down and in a need of renovation desperately. The sofa is old and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are in a desperate need of fresh paint. The master bedroom bed was broken and unusable. I notified the owner as soon as we saw it. He apologized and said the previous guest admitted to breaking it. I asked Bryan (the owner) to discount the charge a little for the inconvenience, he totally ignored my texts and has not responded. Very disappointed in how Bryan is handling this situation, my recommendation is do not stay there, there are much nicer places for the same amount. ##### Ronnie Y. The house was generally clean, just cobwebs around the windows and in some areas of the house. Our host sent items that were not provided right away, but a couple of concerns remained unaddressed. We actually left the night prior to our original departure. It was a good visit, just took a day to get all the requests settled so we could go about our vacation. ##### Karen W.
