As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines. 1\. Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (8 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. 2\. Parking: Space for 4 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. 3\. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction. Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us.
