Due to an incoming storm, we weren’t sure we would make it up the mountain for our reservation. The property owner was helpful and accommodating and provided us with weather and traffic links used by locals, which proved to be extremely helpful. We were able to safely make it up the mountain and did not have to cut our trip short. The cabin felt like a home and was very cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway. It’s a dust collect and it was not touched.The check-in process was easy and the host were very communicative in addressing any and all issues right away. The online accuracy of the listing was spot on. Especially with the location, it was less than a 5 min walk to the Village and an easy 5 min drive to the slopes. The neighborhood was quiet and you can tell there were a lot of VRBO or Air B&B’s in the area, or at least it seemed that way. We didn’t cook In the house but everything you would have needed was there. Bedrooms are large, living space excellent, kitchen, bathrooms clean and large. When we arrived it felt like home there was nothing lacking at this property. I hate to leave such a good review because we want this place to be a secret just for us!!!! You can tell the place gets cleaned enough to where people may stay and not notice. It was a mess with the TVs. I was stressed out because I couldn’t get the TV going and I had 3 kids with me. Communication with Suzannah was very easy as she responded promptly to my emails. The cabin is very clean and is nicely furnished. Everything is labeled and instructions are very clear. It's also conveniently located five minutes from the village. We enjoyed the views from the deck where we barbecued and had breakfast every morning. However, I agree with one of the reviewers about the lack of kitchen supplies. Also, the kids' beds were quite uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). House was very clean with everything that you needed for a getaway! Lots of dishes, kitchen appliances and tools, towels, etc. everything was provided. Had 2 families of 3 during the stay and there was more than enough space and definitely room for more people. View was beautiful. Not a complete lake view but you could definitely see it from the kitchen/living room. Checking in and out and communication with the property owners was easy and they were available for anything we needed, but we didn’t need anything. And walking distance to the Village. Location close enough to a bus stop to get around the town without needing to drive, but secluded enough to be away from traffic. Nights were very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. Floorplan was a little confusing and difficult to get used to but not a strike against the place! Nice view out of the kitchen and living room. Overall a great experience! ##### Jimmy B. Best experience from start to finish. We got to see the Labor Day fireworks show on the Lake from the balcony.!!
