#### Great home for family ski trip

The house is conveniently located near Bear Mt.; the online description was accurate; comfy home with beautiful views; the hot tub was already warmed up for us to enjoy! Nice gas powered fireplace added to the ambiance. We had a small issue that Destination BB immediately responded to and fixed. I would highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of eight stayed in this gorgeous place for 2 nights..we had an amazing time during our stay..Simon, the person from Destination Big Bear was really helpful and easy to talk to..They gave us an early check in as early as 1pm and they also gave us a late check out which was 1pm without any extra charge..THANK YOU! We stayed from November 18 to 20..We didn’t have any problem..Checking in was really easy..Will definitely come back again!!!

#### House was fine, communication was poor

The house was fine overall. Great location and everything we needed was there. The communication with the rental company was poor. I tried reaching out multiple times to request extending our stay in advance of our visit and I received no response or acknowledgment. Not being able to extend was OK but would have been good to get some sort of response. I also did not get any communication about check in and had to call 2x to get the information needed. When I finally spoke with someone, they were helpful. Separately, there was a water leak at the house our second night there (water coming from the ceiling from a shower above the kitchen) - I called and sent emails with pictures and video and there was no response. It was an unfortunate experience relating to customer service overall and I’m hopeful someone is communicating with the home owners to let them know about these issues that are causing damage to their home and potentially deterring other renters from visiting as well.

Absolutely adored this cabin for our snowboard trip getaway! It’s a beautiful space with an actually breathtaking view. Got super lucky to book it. Check-in was easy, although a no-contact option would’ve been nice (the staff was super helpful though). Parking is a bit scarce so carpool as much as you can.

#### Cómoda cabaña

La cabaña es muy cómoda y tiene la mayoría de las cosas que necesitas. Las camas son cómodas y las almohadas. Las vistas son espectaculares. Pero si vienen menos de 5 días no la recomiendo. Es muy complicado hacer check in, te hacen ir a una oficina lejos solo para darte un código, la entrada des 4 pm y la salida 10 am. Pero tienes que dejar la casa limpia, platos, todo impecable y llevar la basura a un lugar lejos y concurrido, hay una cola de 45 para dejar la basura y es imposible dejar todo eso listo antes de las 10\. El último día fue estresante para todos.
