The box spring should be cut in half to make the bed a normal size. They should have had a shower instead of a tub so it would be easy to get in and out of and would make more room in the bathroom. Quaint, quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the lake is about 20 feet low right now so there isn’t really walkable usable water access. You can walk to meadow park and enjoy views but there is no longer a beach there. Definitely easy to drive to a beach or marina (to rent a boat, SUP or kayak). The furniture on the deck was broken or in such bad shape you wouldn't dare sit on it. The screen door was broken and had to be repaired when we got there. After the repair there was a gap of about three quarters of an inch above and below the door so we couldn't leave the main door open in the evening due to mosquitoes. The television was next to useless unless you wanted to watch a movie on Roku. No network channels except news. There were about ten coffee cups and at least six were cracked. The ceramic plates were chipped. We were given only three forks and three soup spoons. There was no place to put groceries except on top of the fridge or on the bar making it unusable. The kitchen floor was filthy when we got there. There was only one lamp in the living room and the lamp in the bedroom didn't work. The bed was about four feet tall making getting into it difficult.
