This property is outstanding in every single way. Most importantly it is very clean. The location is great and access is good in that you park right next to the entry door. We loved the very quiet neighborhood. The owner is a great communicator and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay in this same unit next time we are at Big Bear. Great for a single couple and also world work well for a family of four, or two couples.

#### Gem of a house
We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We are an older couple and one of us has some minor mobility issues, there were no problems getting in or out of the house. The water stayed hot while showering. The larger appliances were older, however they were clean and worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and dishware needed. There is a back patio with table, bbq, and fire pit. Our favorite place was the front porch, where we were able to spend time reading, writing, etc. The check in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Great location. We would stay here again.

The location was so amazing and quiet, the cabin itself made you feel at home to the point where it became bitter sweet having to leave. We would definitely return for another visit. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of warm blankets/comforters and the heating was adequate, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Had all the necessary kitchen items. Good location, close to both ski resorts, but not walkable. Very quiet.
