Eagle Mountain Estates is a newer development situated within the Fox Farm area of Big Bear Lake, just below the popular hillside development of Castle Glen. Characterized by wide, winding streets, towering pines and an abundance of natural boulders, the area is home to stylish weekend retreats and full-time homes. To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our \`things to know\` and \`house rules\` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not. One bedroom does have a double bunk but it was not an issue for our group. The home was perfect for 8 and we had room to spread out, but spent most of our time on the main level. We stayed Friday to Monday so we had lots of time at the house. Our group likes to cook and we made dinners, lunch and big breakfasts. The kitchen had all the items you want and need. The location was walk to Octoberfest if in good health, but busy streets near the event so be careful. Check in worked out, but we did have a lot of back and forth to get codes.
