Specifically we had to call for more towels for the five of us, we had to call to get a working toaster, we had to call because the patio screen door fell off, and the TV would not allow us to sign into our Netflix account. Furniture is in serious need to be updated. This could be a real gem if improvements are made. ##### Roger K. Linens were old and they only gave us 6 towels for 6 people for 4 nights. No extras are included in the kitchen, not even salt. Tv is the smallest tv you could have. Overall the Convenience of being right at the mountain made it all worth it. But next time I’ll make sure I find a unit that’s been updated and offers a little more. ##### Susanne M.
