However the main living room TV never worked all week. Property manager was not any help. Additionally the kitchen sink was not working properly and there was a note saying it was in the process of being fixed. Considering the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Also some cabinets were broken in the pool table room. Now regarding the management company, we were quoted one price when we reserved the cabin, but was charged a higher fee before final payment. I have argued this for now over a month with no refund. This is also unacceptable for both VRBO and the management company, who are pointing fingers at each company on who should take responsibility. I have used VRBO many times over many years with no problem, so I’m very disappointed. ##### Vanessa M.
