For us the jacuzzi was a big selling point for relieving aches and pains after being on the slopes. We were there during a warm spell and we were comfortable - during a colder period you might have trouble keeping warm, although there are space heaters available and the fireplace was nice in the evenings. We had a few issues that we called management about and they responded extremely quickly, and went over and above my expectations. While this home wasn’t my first choice (we had to book last minute, so we didn’t have many properties to choose from), I’d say that any property managed by this company (Big Bear Cool Cabins) would be an excellent choice. ##### Helen M. We had an amazing time, close to everything and the weather was perfect. The heating worked really well and it was really nice to use the fireplace at night. The backyard is bigger than it looks in pictures and the hot tub was really really really nice. It was so so so clean and the staff was so friendly. Great management company. Here's why I'm not giving 5 stars: - The kitchen could use some more amenities like a better coffee machine and a few more utensils, the fridge is old and outdated. - The internet was not reliable, so if you need to work from there, make sure you have a good data plan in case the internet stop working. It happened multiple times for us, although for a short amount of time each time it happened, it can be crucial in a 30 minutes meeting for example. - The price was a bit high for what you're getting. ##### Marcos D. The house was very close and convenient to Big Bear, the grocery store and the trash facility. The house was a little older but very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and smooth at the Cool Cabins rental office, had all of our info we needed printed out and ready for us. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Lisa R.
