If you have kids that like to play outside in the snow this is the perfect place when it snows the golf course is tight behind the place with sledding hills & a huge open area to play. The house is nice & open with great couches. There is a small garage you could park in too. Be careful just to park 1 car In front of the garage or the garbage man can’t get thru & it will be a problem. So it’s good for 1 bigger car & a small car that you park in the garage.
