All outside areas were very dirty and unkept. Grill was dirty and propane tank was empty. When we called they made us drive to the leasing office and pick up a replacement tank ourselves. Jacuzzi was dirty, the patio areas were covered in dust, leaves and spiderwebs. Inside the house was ok but nothing like the pictures. Empty booze boxes from previous visitors were on top of the shelves. The night we arrived asked them to come clean the outside and the girl at the front asked us to call in the morning because she had no way of communicating with the day staff???? Can’t you just leave a note or something? Why do guests have to jump through hoops to get things done right. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves.
