Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. 2\. Parking: Space for 4 vehicles,\[including garage access. (EV charger in Garage, please be sure to bring your adaptor just in case.) Big open kitchen and lots of amenities It’s on a busier street, but was close to some good walks. It was summer and there was no AC and the house exhaust fan wasn’t working so we roasted most days— really my only complaint. Very cute and trendy inside and different than any other cabin/house in Big Bear. All rooms were spacious with plenty of rooms to sleep in! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Family room is comfortable and the TV has everything from Hulu to Disney plus which was great. Dining table, fireplace and the couch in front of the window is a beautiful area to relax and watch the kiddos playing outside. This property was beautifully decorated and the lay out is perfect! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the linens seemed to be brand new! During Covid, we wanted to make sure we stayed at a newer, clean house and it didn't disappoint. It is a great location with CVS, grocery store right down the street, easy to get to the mountains and to the marina! We loved our stay so much, we extended by 2 days! The property management company is FANTASTIC and the most responsive group I have ever worked with! We would absolutely stay here again and loved every moment! Thank you! ##### Kendra R.
