Claim filed for broken remote we did not break. I previously was a resident of Big Bear and knew this house. Complete disappointment! Property is for sale and unkept. Horrible host ever seen. Unprofessional and unresponsive. In the snowy and freezing day we arrived in this property that was equipped with a few small office headers since the central furnace was broken. Upon our arrival the place was freezing. We tried to turn heaters on and noticed outlets are out of power. We contacted the host. He said he will send the housekeeper ( not handyman) to take a look. No one sowed up and the host never contacted us and never responded to our call and text. We left the property after two hours to find another place in the last minutes . This was my birthday with my family and he ruined it. Kingston should be disqualified to be a host in all travel apps. ##### Nima J.
