LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, breakfast bar with seating, dining table, a beautiful, stacked slate wood burning corner fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. The towels were clean and plentiful for our group. The fireplace was functional, and the heater worked very well, which was appreciated given the outside temperature was around 30 degrees during our visit. However, the presence of numerous cobwebs gave the impression that the cabin may not be thoroughly cleaned between guests. It appeared that prior tenants, including ourselves, were expected to wash dishes, clean counters, and generally treat the cabin as their own.The location is a strong positive—conveniently close to snow tubing and skiing, with a short drive to downtown Big Bear Lake and nearby grocery stores. ##### Joshua P.
