Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund and or a $350.00 fine will be charged for each occurrence:  
  
1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the max occupancy is (8) adults  
  
2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars  
  
3.) No amplified music 24/7  
  
4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-8:00am.  
  
5\. Owners are very allergic to Pets. Pets are not allowed at this home.  
  
\*No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.  
  
\* PLEASE NO SMOKING  
\* MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE  
  
Violation of any of the following will be subject to a $350 fine and any additional fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.  
  
Please note: Big Bear is in the mountains. We do not frequently have issues, but sometimes there are power and/or wifi outages that affect the whole mountain. We do our absolute best to accommodate our wonderful guests but anything can happen. We appreciate your understanding.
