Fully furnished with everything you need for a memorable stay, this two-story chalet boasts recent renovations and sits in a tranquil Bear City neighborhood, just minutes from local activities. Step into a cozy and inviting lower-level living room, adorned with woodsy mountain décor, knotty pine beamed ceilings, and tile floors. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the mountain ambiance. Relax on the comfortable couches in front of the warm, wood-burning fireplace for a family movie night. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining or preparing home-cooked meals. The log dining table, with ample seating, offers stunning views through large windows. The well-equipped kitchen features generous countertop space, oak cabinets filled with cookware and utensils, and essential appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. The lower level includes a bedroom and a convenient guest bath. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and another bath. Each cozy bedroom comes prepared with linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh towels. Outdoor Amenities: The spacious property provides plenty of area for outdoor enjoyment and safe snow play for the kids. The privately fenced backyard features a newly renovated patio area, complete with a relaxing large hot tub and a cozy firepit. The detached garage hosts a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and dart board, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - Private Balcony - Upstairs Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds - Upstairs Bedroom 3: Full/Twin Bunk Bed Set + Twin Single Bed - Entry Level Hallway Full Bath: Downstairs Hallway 3/4 Bath: Shower Only - Upstairs Your booking/request constitutes your understanding and agreement of all house rules & policies listed. The home will be made up for your arrival with linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for the cabin's occupancy and listed bedding. Your kitchen will be equipped with general appliances, cookware, and utensils but will not be equipped with specialty appliances or condiments such as rice cookers, crock pots, tin foils, oils, etc. No over occupancy or street parking allowed (approximately 3-4 vehicles fit in the driveway). No noise violations. 4X4/Chains required in winter. No indoor smoking, parties, or events of any kind. $250 per day fine imposed for pets Guests are strictly limited to 8 total (including children and infants). This is the County's rule that I am forced to follow. If more than 8 guests are found to be staying at the property there will be up to a $200 charge per night per guest added. Home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. More than enough space for our family of 5\. Game room and hot tub was a hit with our kids. Fire pit was gas operated, super easy to use. No firewood required. Propane grill was ready for us to use. Quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into the village and lake. Great communication from our host from the start. Kids spent hours in the game room. The spa and firepit outside were a nice addition. Loved the kitchen table. Fit 7 of us just fine.I think the pics don't do the place justice. Only negative thing if I had to pick one was not having wood for the fireplace. And of course i forgot to pick some up every time i went to town.
