Upper Moonridge beauty set among the oaks and pines with lots of windows making it bright and airy. Located in the beautiful and desirable Moonridge area of Big Bear just minutes to the slopes, golf course, hiking trails, and more. Enjoy all that Big Bear has to offer and start making memories with your family and friends here at Lucky Paws!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with trundle. Pack and play for the kiddos stored in the closet along with extra blankets and pillows.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with kitchen island, cooktop stove, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large private back deck with plenty of seating, gas BBQ grill, and hot tub for amazing outdoor mountain living! Just a few steps down from deck gains access to a large gently sloped backyard, for easy kid play in summer and especially snow.
