Violation will result in a $1,000 fine from the city. \>By booking this stay, all guests release the owner of the property from any and all liability from possible slippery driveway during snow season. NOISE \>Absolutely NO PARTIES or loud gatherings allowed. \>Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7 per city guidelines. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line PETS \>No pets, sorry \>$200 fine if pet brought into the home CAMERAS \>Located facing the front entry/driveway OUT OF OUR CONTROL \>Power outages may occur in the mountains due to the weather - our local electric company responds quickly to resolve these type of issues. In case of a power outage, there are emergency flash lights in the home. We also recommend bringing your own flash lights or lanterns as part of your gear just in case. \>We will not provide a refund because of a cancelled booking due to weather. Please be prepared for all situations coming up to the mountains (rain, snow, ice, chains on car, etc) CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee.
