It's in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the sprawling national forest where there are endless trails for hiking, biking and sledding. You'll be close to all the skiing, off-roading, boating, fishing, shopping, restaurants and more that the mountain resorts have to offer. The cabin is beautifully renovated with upgraded amenities and a charming stone fireplace.

Kookie Bear Cottage was great! It was very homey and exactly what we wanted for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed the cottage so much that we plan on making it our yearly mountain destination! It was cozy, yet perfect size for a small family. The kitchen was very accommodating and the neighborhood felt very safe. We can feel the love and care that went in to keeping this place warm and welcome! Thanks to our host, Nancy!
