There is beautiful nature around. Disadvantages: - the house is very dark inside, even when you turn on the light, you are still in some darkness; - very creaky floors on the second floor, literally every step you take will creak; - property requires that you collect entirely all the garbage and take it with you to a specific address 15 minutes from this house. If you do not pick up all the garbage, you will be charged extra; - there is no air conditioning in the house.
