We were in this property for almost three weeks so we got to know it well. It’s 30-40 minutes from: Luca, Pisa, Florence etc. We wanted a true Tuscany experience and were very happy with how it all turned out. There are three small towns within 5 minutes (multiple grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques, VINEYARDS galore). House was: immaculately clean, stocked as you’d expect, pool was clean and perfect after a long day of sightseeing, quiet, beautiful sunsets, brick pizza oven was super fun to attempt to use, basketball hoop out back, good laundry setup, AC was excellent, and the towel/linen situation was plentiful. The listing doesn’t really do this house any justice! There are 6 bedrooms: 3 big rooms with en suite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. None of the bedrooms are small, refreshing change! There is one bedroom on the main level that has access to a bathroom just down a short hall. If you are traveling with someone with limited abilities, this bedroom would be the perfect solution. The entire main floor is one step away from being accessible. One of the main ways that you access the house from town is a road that is surrounded on both sides by SUNFLOWERS! The owner lives just down the street and the rental agent was super responsive!
