### Holiday Apartment 'Landliebe' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Landliebe with step-free interior is located in Biederbach and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, towels, dish towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, hairdryer, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
  
  
The holiday house offers an open terrace for relaxing evenings, located near the apartment. The terrace is accessible via a grassy path with an incline (to the side of the house). Public transport is within walking distance; a bus stop is 600 m away. A bakery is 2.5 km away, and further shopping facilities as well as an outdoor pool can be found in Elzach, about 5 km away. Hiking and mountain bike trails pass directly by the house. Europa Park and the Triberg Waterfalls are each 35 km away.  
  
  
  
An uncovered parking space is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The accommodation offers a storage room for bicycles.  
  
  
  
There are guidelines for correct waste separation, which you will be informed about on site. The accommodation uses energy-saving lighting and obtains part of its electricity from photovoltaic systems. A convenient self-check-in system is available.
