We totally remodeled it this spring for short term renting. The upstairs is now a master suite and two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will not be disappointed with the style and decor. Everything is new but the hardwood refinished floors. If you are traveling through Gallia County for a wedding, reunion, party or just vacationing you will enjoy our home. No other persons will share the home with you. Bob Evans Farm Restaurant, Merry Family Winery, GreenValley Gathering Place are all just minutes away. Downtown Gallipolis is just a quick drive too. The daily rate is for two adults and each additional adult is 25.00 per night. There is no charge for children under 16\. There is a small one time cleaning fee of 35.00 for the downstairs and an additional 20.00 if upstairs is used also. This too is a one time charge. We NOW have wi-fi! We were actually in the Little Retro House in town in Gallipolis instead of the Little house on the corner due to a circumstance so I can only speak to the Little Retro House. It was an amazing little house. It was very comfortable and easy walking to the town park and little town area and we ended up right next door to family that was in town for the family funeral we came for so that was a nice unexpected bonus. The two girls got their own rooms on the main floor and would hang out in the living room. I took the spacious upstairs bedroom, with a TV and bathroom. The girls liked having their own space to hang out. This house worked great for us. It was near Point Pleasant for our Mothman visit. Both teens want to go back next year. ##### Heather D.
