Berry Barn is a tranquil haven nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just moments from the breathtaking South West Coast Path near Hartland. Thoughtfully restored from a once-derelict barn into a stunning stone retreat, it preserves many of its charming original features. With six opulent bedrooms, a luxurious hot tub, sauna and a dedicated yoga studio, it offers the perfect setting for cherished family holidays and special celebrations, while providing an idyllic space to unwind, recharge, and connect with nature.  
  
Designed with an ‘upside down' layout, you will find five out of the six bedrooms on the ground floor. Three of these rooms feature indulgent 5' king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. There is also a lovely double bedroom and a twin bedroom. For those wishing to slow down, discover the peaceful wellness studio, at the rear of the property, perfect for meditation and yoga. The ground floor also includes an additional shower room and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, for your convenience.  
  
Head upstairs to find the sociable open-plan living space, complete with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. With high ceilings, wooden flooring and striking exposed steel beams, the whole space is a work of art. Prepare family dinners in the sleek kitchen, superbly equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an island/breakfast bar for casual dining. Or gather around the expansive dining table and enjoy delicious meals with loved ones before settling in for the ultimate games night. The cosy sitting area boasts two large comfortable sodas, a Smart television and Marshalls Speakers.  
  
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dedicated library and study space, offering the ideal retreat for a peaceful moment of solitude. Continue through to the final bedroom where a sumptuous 6' super-king size bed awaits, this bedroom has the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC.  
  
The outdoor space at Berry Barn is equally enchanting, offering a wealth of serene spots to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you're meditating on the peaceful yoga deck, wandering through the wildflower meadow, embracing a cold dip in the plunge pool after the sauna, or sinking into the bubbling hot tub after a coastal adventure, there's something for everyone. This area is also famed stargazing - gather around the open firepit and toast marshmallows under the dazzling night sky. Surrounded by nature's beauty, Berry Barn offers the perfect setting to enjoy golden sunsets, pristine beaches, secluded coves, and an abundance of walking and cycling routes along the South West Coast Path. Its location really is a dream come true.
