Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and consist of a light and spacious king-size bedroom (with a zip-and-link bed that can be made into twin beds on request.) with a Smart TV and a twin bedroom with Smart TV. The downstairs bedrooms are served by a family bathroom which has a bath with thermostatic shower over. There is a handy utility room with washing machine/ tumble dryer and access to a small patio area. Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the large open-plan living area on the first floor, which has patio doors opening onto a furnished balcony, perfect for chilling out after a day on the beach. The modern kitchen has all you need to rustle up a delicious evening meal, whether you choose to dine indoors or al fresco on the balcony. The lounge area with large corner sofa, additional seating, large Smart TV and dining area provides a comfortable social space. The balcony leads out from the living area and provides the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the far reaching sea views. 5 Lighthouse View enjoys a prime coastal location, perfectly positioned for the renowned blue flag beach at Westward Ho!. This beach is a haven for surfers and year-round walkers, offering a picturesque coastline with dramatic views of Atlantic waves, particularly captivating during the winter months. For golf enthusiasts, the prestigious Royal North Devon Golf Club's championship course is right at your doorstep. Westward Ho! is a destination that appeals to visitors throughout every season. Moreover, there's a wealth of exploration opportunities within easy driving distance, including charming coastal villages like Appledore and Clovelly. Venture a bit further, and you'll discover the harbourside charm of Ilfracombe and the natural splendour of Exmoor National Park, both offering unforgettable day-trip experiences. Accommodation Ground Floor Entrance hall: An entrance hall with space for coats and boots. Bedroom 1: King size bed (can be made into twin beds on request) with built in wardrobe, bedsides and Smart TV. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Utility room: Housing washing machine/ tumble dryer Understairs cupboard: Housing vacuum, iron and ironing board. First Floor Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing/ dryer, air fryer, coffee pod machine and a variety of kitchen utensils. Living room: A large comfortable corner sofa, large Smart TV and a dining table with 4 chairs that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal. Patio doors provide access onto the balcony. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the wonderful sea views. Balcony furniture provided. Bedroom 3: Master Kingsize room with built in wardrobes, bedsides and Smart TV. Ensuite shower room, with shower cubicle, wash basin and towel rail. Parking: Two private car parking spaces on the Golden Bay Holiday Village site. EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging on site. 2 EV chargers in Golden Bay Holiday Village parking area – charges apply. The EV charger is a type 2 socket.
