This 4 acre site offers private access to Northam Burrows which is part of the UK's first designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country. This prime coastal property is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Perfect for a family holiday, the blue flag beach has a 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and dog walking. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance, including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly, the historic port town of Bideford and other beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.
